Evolisca Rules
Staff reserves the right to stop destructive behavior in the game, on the official website or in any other part of the services. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, the following offences

1. Names are not allowed: - (Action: Name Lock)
a) Names of official positions (e.g., "System Admin", "Admin", "Gamemaster").
b) Names that express religious views.
c) Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Evolisca rules.
d) Names that advertise another server or game.
e) Names that express any kind of racism/sexism/homophobia.

2. Cheating & Abusing: -
a) Exploiting obvious errors of the game ("bugs"). If you find an error, you must report it to Gamemaster immediately. (Action: Banishment for 300 days)
b) Intentional abuse of weaknesses in the gameplay; arranging objects or players in a way that other players cannot move them. For example: If some players are blocking way to quest, hunt, boss or any other thing that harming other players.  (Action: Banishment for 3 days)
c) Intentionally obstructing protection zones with unwalkable items to trap/block players. (Action: Banishment for 3 days)
d) Trying to steal other players' account data ("hacking"). (Action: Banishment for 7 days)
e) Killing someone using more than character using same IP will lead to jail, no exceptions with this rule as it works totally automatic.

3. Statements: - (Action: Warning then banishment)
a) It is not accepted to talk badly about someone's religious believes. Doing that can lead to banishment.
b) We will not tolerate any kind of racism/sexism/homophobia on this server. You are entitled to your own opinions but keep them to yourself. This will lead to banishment.
c) Disclosing personal data of other players will lead to banishment. This server is hosted in EU and will abide by GDPR regulations. 
d) Statements that support, incite or imply a violation of the rules will lead to banishment.
e) Statements that advertise other servers will lead to banishment.
NOTE: Statements part applied on general talks not individuals.

4. Gamemasters: - (Action: Warning then banishment)
a) Threatening a gamemaster because of his or her actions or position as a gamemaster.
b) Pretending to be a gamemaster or to have influence on the decisions of a gamemaster.
c) Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to a gamemaster concerning his or her investigations or making false reports about rule violations.

5. Donations: - (Action: Banishment for 1 year)
- You are donating to support the game server; we are not selling items.
- Donations are non-refundable.
- Players who falsely refund donations risk banishment of their accounts.
- All in-game transactions are logged to the account.

- Any Trading with real money or other currencies than Evolisca Points & In-game currency will result in character deletion.

A violation of the EvoliscaOT Game Rules may lead to temporary banishment of characters and accounts. In severe cases removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined by the gamemaster imposing the banishment.
NOTE: If you break rules more than 1 time, it will lead to banishment for longer duration.

These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.
