• All income obtained from donations are directly applied to the maintenance and improvements of Evolisca. The game is free and is maintained by the donations of some players.
• When you make a donation, you will receive premium points as a thank you gift to be used in-game.
• If you are under 18 years old, you will need to have your parents permission.
• You are not allowed to donate with money that does not belong to you.
• We reserve the right to make changes in-game whenever we want.
• We reserve the right to modify any of the donation items.
• We reserve the right to reset the game whenever we want.
• By donating, you agree and aware about all of Violating Evolisca Game Rules may lead to banishment. 
• By donating, you are aware that you are not buying but donating to support the game and as a form of gratification, we will add the premium points to your account.
• Points will be awarded instantly after confirmation of the payment to the donors account.
• Donations are non refundable.
• We reserve the right to change the terms and agreements whenever we want. The changes will be announced on the official website.
